Does anyone know if there are any plans to publish this in a deluxe hardcover edition? Like the Sandman Absolute Edition format? Collecting all 11 volumes is a bit of a pain.

Mike Carey responds to Lucifer Deluxe edition question

I posed this question to Matt Peckham at MikeandPeter.com and this is what Matt wrote back to me with a reply message from Mike Carey:

Hi Serge,

Here's what Mike wrote back:

"At the moment, they wouldn't see the point. Lucifer keeps selling in trade, but not in the kind of numbers that would justify an absolute edition. If Unwritten is a stellar success, they'll do it."

So fingers crossed for Unwritten sales. Tell your friends! :-)

Very best,

Matt

So, I would suggest that everyone reading this thread go out and check out 'The Unwritten' by Mike Carey and Peter Gross if you want to see Lucifer published in a new deluxe edition.
