Book of the Month Titles List

I was thinking of suggestions for July BOTM and realised it would be easier knowing which ones were already discussed. I could only find a list until August 2007 and since it's a closed thread I decided to post a new one. If one of the moderators could merge them I think it would be the best.

Also I'm not sure about some of the months (where there's a ?)

Oct-2007: Author of the Month: John Irving
Nov-2007: Humboldt's Gift, Saul Bellow (I found the choice but not the actual discussion, so it should be confirmed) ?
