Madeline, you will probably notice that this user was banned from the forum two years ago so they will not be responding to you. I would hazard a guess that their banning was due to excessive advertising (i.e. all of his posts) which goes against the membership agreement. Although quite why his posts were not removed if considered advertising is beyond me.
