Can anyone tell me anything about SBPRA? How are they to deal with? Are they reliable? I've heard some pros and cons and am at something of a loss on what to think. I've a story with a timely theme that I'd like published ASAP. Or how about 4th Floor Press in Calgary? Any suggestions? Thanks.
