About me:
Lui Candeias grew up in Eastern Canada. In school he quickly became known as the 'good drawer', which meant he drew a lot for others in art classes. The cold Canadian climate left much time for Lui to create stories and draw them out as a child.
He graduated from Sheridan College with a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree, and currently works as an illustrator and author in Canada.
Lui has worked in house for various publications, but now focuses his time on illustrating and writing for children’s books and publications from his studio.
