Hi! I'm Beth Rodgers...

Hi everyone - I'm Beth Rodgers, and I'm excited to be a member of this forum. I'm looking forward to hearing about more young adult books that are fun and exciting. I am always on the lookout for good reads to add to my line of waiting books. I love to read and write. Character development is one of my favorite parts of both reading and writing. I love watching characters evolve and shape themselves into stronger (or sometimes even weaker) people. The progression (or regression) of characters throughout a story is what makes or breaks a book in many ways, in my opinion.

I am the author of a new young adult novel, 'Freshman Fourteen'. It revolves around the life of a freshman girl, Margot Maples, and follows her through the very beginning of her high school career. There are issues with friends, boys, parents, and more.
