The title says it all...

Here are a few that have drastically altered my way of thinking:

Mastery by George Leonard
The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg
How to Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie
The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida (This is probably my favorite book of all time!!!)

I'm reading this thought provoking book at the moment. It's on loan from my Mother, thanks Mum (again).
The Power of Now was one of those books that I read, then read again, and am still reading five years later. If you end up liking it, A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle helps explain The Power of Now even further and clarify the ego even more. Happy reading!!

I LOVE Dale Carnegie's books! He has such powerful lessons that have really helped me connect with people for my work.

Conversations With God - Neale Donald Walsch
The Peaceful Warrior- Dan Millman
Thinking Fast And Slow - Kahneman and Tversky
A New Earth - Eckhart Tolle
What To Say When You Talk To Yourself -Shad Helmsetter

Oh man, I love this type of books! You guys all pretty much nailed the other books that have really impacted me.

Oh , also The Fifth Agreement was pretty grand

I've read many of the books already listed, but my two favorites are:

The Silva Mind Control Method - Jose Silva
Unlimited Power - Anthony Robbins

Reading books are like my life and read numerous books. On those recently added in my list one is "The Fault in Our Star" and another one is "The Diary of Young Girl by Anne Frank.

Novellas by Stefan Zweig. I love the way he writes. Thoughtfully, slow, describing every aspect of motivation so that there is nothing left unrevealed.

Climbing Anchors & More Climbing Anchors - John Long , Bob Gaines .
<< Apprendre à lire le Braille avec les mains >> that is, a Handbook for learning to read Braille by touch .
An Anthropologist on Mars - Oliver Sacks .
Formalism in Ethics...and Metaphysics for Freedom - Max Scheler .

Serpico by Peter Maas was a big influence on my life. He was honest. He would not steal or accept graft. He had high ideals, and tried to fight against the wide spread corruption. He was almost murdered for his efforts.

Two nonfiction books in 2017 had a long-lasting impact on how I think about myself, my life, and the choices I make: Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain and The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life by Mark Manson.

To Kill A Mockingbird. Very strong influence on how my views on race relations, racism, civil rights were formed. My childhood and adolescence were spent growing up in a rural Virginia community where school integration and Martin Luther King were anathema to most people there(or to be more accurate, most white people).

Absolutely! Same here. I think the man was a genius in his knowledge of effective human relations.
