Is Luke the one who meditates and must sleep with his legs pointing in a certain direction? If so, I'm so glad to hear he kicked ass. Everyone else was laughing at him and thinking he was going to be a first one gone.
I'll start with the show on Spike TV.
I loved the show and got into it until I had to go to college, in which my television watching days ended. The reality show part of it really hooked me with me wanting to see what was going to happen to each person each week. The fights on the show...
None. I haven't watched TV in over a month, thanks to college. I wanted to watch Night Stalker, My Name is Earl and Curb Your Enthusiasm Season 5, but we don't get cable up at school.
I stayed in Bar Harbor for a week, and I stayed at the Bar Harbor Inn. I love that town so much. It is so cozy, with a nice small theater to enjoy a film at, and some really nice dinning places. The shops are really beautiful as well, and the kayaking there kicks ass.
I've been with a forum that discusses movies for about two years now, and I was just looking for something a bit different since I have really been getting back into reading.
Yes. They blow its greatness out of proportion.
As for books to movies that were great, I'd say The Godfather, A Clockwork Orange, Fight Club, American Psycho, Dead Zone, Misery, LotR's and The Shining.
That generally is how something becomes overrated. Many people feel LotR's is overrated because of the amount of people who absolutely love it and how many Oscars it won.
The movie. Never read the book. I feel it is overrated because it got pretty well received ratings, and most people who have seen it have loved it and declare it one of the best of 03 or 04, whichever year it came out.
I don't see what the critics see. Did we even watch the same film? The drawn out shots of Murray sitting there, or Murray looking awkwardly at an object weren't funny. They just came off overly pretentious. There were very, very few scenes that made me chuckle just slightly, but nothing...
