    Book recommendations for a preteen?

    I recently read Airborn, which was an very good book. Don't be intimidated by its size; it's a huge book, but it's a quick, easy read. Cornelia Funke books are awesome, as well. [I]The Thief Lord and [I]Dragon Rider are very good, but my favorites are the Inkworld series.
