I keep almost all of my books. There are a few books here and there that will go to the used book store, but I have a hard time even letting go of books that I didn't particularly like. I do a lot of re-reading but only of certain books. I'm keeping books that I know will probably not be...
Hi Wabbit,
I certainly don't think of myself as an artist. I love going to the museums here in town. Houston has a number of very fine museums so I'm lucky in that respect. My favorite period is the Impressionist, but I really enjoy looking at all kinds of art.
I am a choir teacher so...
Thanks for your kind words Ruby, but I think it is a problem when I can't control it. If I could control it and make it back to my house and cry whenever I wanted then I wouldn't care. It is when it comes upon me when I'm trying to be calm and in control and the tears come instead. That is...

I have to site Dave Barry as well. He has a section in his book Dave Barry hits below the Beltway where he goes off on Florida, the people, and two crazy mayors. It is hilarious because its true. That section is one of the funniest things I have ever read.
Aoide was one of the three original greek muses. The muse of song. I was looking around for a forum name and I thought that was particular fitting since I am a choir teacher. I've tried signing up on another forum with a different online name I have and I practically went into convulsions...
One thing I've been thinking about the title. While the Half Blood Prince itself doesn't seem like a large part of the story, the Half Blood Prince is Snape who has been the focus of a lot of debate and speculation. It isn't like she could have named the book Harry Potter and Snape, but that...
