I have a biography by Geoffrey Best and it was a very interesting read. I'm not an expert so I cant say whether there were any inaccuracies, but in my opinion the book is well written and enjoyable.

About 20$ for an ADSL connection. No time or bandwidth limits. Overall, I'm happy. When I first made an ADSL connection it cost something like 70$.

Then the high temperatures are no problem. The worst situation is a heat wave in places who usually have normal temperatures. No air conditioners for defence.
