    Be careful with sentences like this one. It causes confusion to the reader as to who is between whom during this struggle, and whether or not Stanley got tossed out a window, or simply tossed down the same set of stairs from which they just dragged him? Simply and cut as much as you can...

    I've been accused of plagiarism. Justified or not?

    If you publish a poem on one website, and they hold the rights to it, and you publish all or part of that same poem elsewhere, then you would be breaking copyright laws. It's impossible to plagiarize one's own work.
