I read non-fiction because I want to learn about something. I read fiction so that I can disappear inside the magical world of the author's imagination. I can see things I've never thought of before, visit places I've never been to, meet people who I may love or hate and for a while get caught...
I've just finished reading "A Jarful of Angels" by Babs Horton. It was a good book, but I still have no idea what was in the jar. Has anyone here read the book and can they enlighten me? Please. It's driving me nuts.:mad:
Hi, I'm new. I mostly read non-fiction, with World War Two being my favourite area. Otherwise it's biographies, history, or pretty much anything that's interesting. But every now and then I read fiction. I've just finished a fiction book, actually, and it's left me with a burning question...
