My problem is I only have the Roses In The Snow recording on LP and not on a CD. I can't play it while doing the treadmill for 2 reasons. It runs out before I am done with my exercise and the vibration from the treadmill jars the playing.

My problem( my family's problem really) is my tendency to sing along..let's just say that sane people never ask me to sing more than once:eek:

Kaifuku suru kizu by Salyu/"lily chou chou"

It played in the background of Kill Bill when the Bride first saw the collection of samurai swords.

You should get the Sing Along With Mitch Miller CD. It has all the great old songs for singing along:

1. That Old Gang Of Mine
2. Down By The Old Mill Stream
3. By The Light Of The Silvery Moon
4. You Are My Sunshine
5. Till We Meet Again
6. Let The Rest Of The World Go By
7. Sweet Violets
8. I've Got Sixpence/I've Been Working On The Railroad/That's Where My Money Goes
9. She Wore A Yellow Ribbon
10. Don't Fence Me In
11. There Is A Tavern In The Town/Show Me The Way To Go Home
12. Bell Bottom Trousers/Be Kind To Your Web-Footed Friends

Not to date myself, but I remember singing along with Mitch when I was small enough for everyone to tolerate my singing...Now they beg me to stop:eek:

Another morning, another treadmill exercise, and more music. This morning I think I will put on the CD that I got at the library yesterday.......

Long Road Home by John Fogerty - CCR

Underbelly, Pop Will Eat Itself

I'll bow out of this thread, probably forever, as my now listening to list is in my signature.

The Damien Rice song?

Well, I suppose that's fair. He did sing about the power of orange knickers with her.

yeah, she did it in Chicago this year as part of her piano bar (for the last tour she sang two covers that people requested online at every show)
