How's the weather where you live?

Holy cow muggle....that's too warm for my liking. Supposed to have a high of 85 today, 30% chance of rain.
 
My friends, we are ten (official) days into a Victorian winter and that means four things: rain, frost, fog and temps hovering around the zero degrees celsius point.

The last couple of days I have nearly frozen walking to work, partly because the fog was so thick that I nearly lost my way. It hasnt been lifting until about 1pm, which is good for business too!!
 
It's amazing how we have Summer in the North and Winter in the South. One can change season with just changing his location, rather than changing the time ... ;)
 
It's pouring with rain and we're having great gusts of wind. There is a storm front over the whole of NZ at the moment. Our lights keep flickering so wouldn't be surprised if the power goes off.
 
It's snowing here this morning (something which happens maybe twice a year)! We were going to go on a Biology trip to Kaikoura today until Wednesday, but it has been cancelled because the roads are too dangerous. A day off school and work suits me just fine, though :D
 
Have you got school MC or are they giving you the day off?
LOL, you must have just added that last bit on. Go make snow-men. :)
 
Our power did go off this afternoon. The weather has been pretty good (As good as it gets in Scotland), but it looked a bit like thunder. It has cleared up now and it is a beautiful summer evening.
 
The weather here in Yorkshire has been absolutely gorgeous today, hot and very sunny. :) I visited Castle Howard (stately home featured in TV adaptation of Brideshead Revisited) with my Aussie relatives and had a wonderful time walking around in the sunshine. It's one of my favourite places.

Snowmen are overrated - I'm going to go read a book :p

My lights are flickering a bit here too, Poppy, and my internet keeps going down as well - hopefully the snow doesn't get much heavier!
 
We have been having beautiful weather here by Detroit for the past week or so. It has cooled down to the mid to upper sixties, my favorite temps. It looks like it's going to start raining again, so I'm happy. :)
 
It made it to 100 here yesterday with 27 mph winds. We spent alot of time in the pool yesterday :p Thank goodness today is only gonna be 95 with a 70% chance of storms. PLSSSSSS let it rain!!!
 
Ahh, yes. Today, we got relief from our normal heat of about 94 with heat index of 100. It's now about 80. So cool! Except it's really rainy with lots of lightning and wind.
 
it's too hot over here. not like ppl aren't used to it . Only those who came to Saudi arabia from cold countries. they suffer lol
it's 104F now ..

Okay, that ruins any attempt by me to wine and moan about my temp, which is thirteen degrees cooler.:eek:
