Obviously I like reading.
Then perhaps slightly less obviously:
running
having a giggle
dancing
figure skating
snow-skiing
learning
knowing.
Staring into space or looking out the window is sometimes really great too. It is the simple things in life...
I also love getting my hair chopped. The actual process. Hearing the scissors snip makes me giddy!

going to the ocean with my husband and just walking in the sand
cooking great food
riding my dirt bike at the track
entertaining friends (I love a great SuperBowl party)
hiking in the woods
going for a drive on a Sunday afternoon with no place to go
taking our dogs, Harley and Tara, to the lake and throwing sticks for them
spending a whole day out taking pictures
sitting on the front porch during a rain storm
taking a walk at night when it's snowing
looking at photographs of my life
going to the garden shop with my mom
curling up on the couch next to a cozy fire with a good book
three-day weekends
planting my garden in the spring

-The impromptu potlucks my friends and I have around my coffee table.
-Venti quadruple non fat no whip extra hot peppermint mocha from S'bucks
-The volunteer work I do at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police every Tuesday educating each new trooop on LGBT issues
-Folk Festivals!
-Gay bars!!!!!!
-my pretty pretty wife!
-my Queens Ava and Abigail (kitties)
-driving the hour out to my parents farm in mid July of a summer that's had lot sof rain and feeling like you just MIGHT be in Ireland everything is so green
-Earth's Garden soap from the Rocky Mountain Soap Company
-walking around Canmore Alberta.
-Natureburgers from Lick's
-COFFEE!!!!!!!!!
-9.01 PM on a Friday night when I have a three day weekend.
-realizing you might not hate your job as much as you thought.

Oh what a nice cozy thread!!!
- Watching movies and Survivor with my husband
- tickle fights with my husband
- Going shopping with my sister
- Reading old birthday cards and notebooks
- Sunny, windy days
- a warm bed
- breakfast burritos
- Recommending a book to someone and hearing later that they REALLY liked it
- Hawaiian music (especially songs by Sean Na'auao)
- cartoons
- And BOOKS!!!

riding my tandem with a friend
cream teas with lots of clotted cream
tadpoles and froglets
watching the film Mirror Mask - 8 times so far i just love it
