Looking for a book about cooking in Tuscany

Hi, I don't know if you can help me. My boss want's me to find a book for him about a man who goes to Italy and cooks over there. That is pretty much all the information I have. He thinks the word 'kitchen' is in the title and it is a fairly new release probably published in the last few months. Any ideas anyone?

There is a cynically witty novel called Cooking with Fernet-Branca by James Hamilton-Paterson which send up all sorts of things, including cooking, and is set in Tuscany.

Could it be Heat, by Bill Buford? Some of it was excerpted in The New Yorker.
