Only finished two books this month - Sleeping Murder and The ABC murders both by Agatha Christie. Read part one on Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell but the book fell to pieces so I will have to wait to read the rest.

I liked the bits that I have read - it does move very slowly though so not an awful lot seems to have happened so far. I will read the rest of it - but it will take a little while to get through I think

I have a suggestion: everyone who posts their books here should write things they found interesting about their books, or maybe just summaries, or recommendations, to make this more interesting, or just their thoughts on their books. here are mine:

1.la dame aux camelias, dumas: i'd read the father but not the sun, so this was a bit of a change. i think i prefer the three musketeers.
2.night-elie wiezel
3.stormbreaker-anthony horowitz: i got totally hooked on the series even though they're teen novels.
5. presumption: julia barett: it started out well but I found it a rewrite of pride and prejudice with different characters and some historical inacurracies.
6. the rest of the alex rider series by anthony horowitz.
7.Catherine the Great, Troyat: this was a biography of catherine that i greatly enjoyed.
 
Fantasy Moon, Did you like the Historian? I love that book and can't wait to see what else she comes up with. I wonder what she has in the works now?

Their Eyes Were Watching God by Zora Neale Hurston - warm and rich
Bridge to Terabithia by Katherine Paterson - good
Mister God, This is Anna by Fynn - intellectual and spiritual
Dreaming the Eagle by Manda Scott - exciting
Till We Have Faces by C.S. Lewis - haven't finished it yet, but I like it so far

Yes, for the most part I enjoyed it. I found the middle of the novel a little slow and difficult to read through, but overall I like the book. It would be interesting to see what her next book will be.
