I know its kinda fluffy for this site, but I was wondering if anyone watches UGLY BETTY. Its on Thursday night on ABC. I LOVE this show and I don't have anyone to talk to about it. No one I know watches it. Anyway, just putting it out there.
 
I watch it online on the abc website... it's a cute show. Henry is kinda hot...
Lenny Nero watches it too! (hee hee! I outed you Lenny!!! :p ) Oh! And Amanda & Mark are hilarious together.

It's kind of weird comparing it to Lost though. The only thing those two have in common is their network. But Lost is also something you have to start from the beginning. Jumping in now or after the 1st season isn't a good idea.

I watch Heroes only because my boyfriend likes it. Otherwise, I can't really stand it. "Save the cheerleader save the world." They said that a million times. It's like, "Enough. I effing get it." It really makes me cringe. The overall plot is interesting though. But a lot of the dialogue & acting is just terrible.

I agree about the bad acting. I enjoyed the show for about 3 - 4 episodes, then gave up. Its like Prison Break, there's only so much they can do with it.

Ugh, my private shame is now exposed to the world.:p I think the show's hilarious, Amanda is my favorite, the funny expressions she makes and her physical comedy cracks me up. It doesn't hurt that they've assembled one of the hottest female casts ever for a show either. Hopefully Salma Hayek will be back next season. She has a real, ahem, onscreen presence, if you know what I mean.;)

Awww, nothing to be ashamed of. It did win the Golden Globe and all, you just have taste and class. I, too, hope Salma returns in season 2.
 
Omg!!!!!!!!!!

That was AWESOME!!!!!!!!! I have never been more satisfied about a season premiere before. I laughed, I cried and I enjoyed. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Amanda's new look cracked me up and she had the best line in the show, "It's incest, and that's the kind of dirty that don't wash clean."

That was the best part for me.
Just for you Lenny, I typed up some of my thoughts as I watched the show online:

Awesome that they're covering up Becki Newton's (Amanda) pregnancy with a fat suit... but it also sucks because I really look forward to her cute little outfits.
I love Illeana Douglas. Glad she's there.
I wish Santos died. Don't like any of the scenes with him & Hilda.
Betty's outburst on the set was awkward.
Funny when Mark picked up Justin to get him out of the room.
Why is Hilda just sitting around being a lazy-ass?
I didn't really like this episode. Bleh.
 
LOL! So, after talking to Lenny, I realize I didn't catch the ending. I watched the episode on ABC's website and it just cut out... I'll have to go back and watch the ending. :eek:
