When your reading time is interrupted-what do you do?

I usually interrupt myself because I have A.D.D.

I try to go back to the beginning of the chapter or finish the chapter as I quickly can and let them know that I'll be right there. Sometimes I just leave the book upside down (if its my own) or put a book mark in it (usually a library book) and hopefully I remember what happened before I stopped. Most times I don't and end up rereading that particular portion of the book again to get myself familiar with the material again.

My reading time is interrupted constantly, mainly by work. 
I generally don't pick up a book unless I know that I will have a good chunk of time to read it. I find it very difficult to remember what I have read, unless I get at least a solid 30 minute uninterrupted reading time.
