The today I'm irritated by __________ thread

I'm irritated at this headache i've had for 3 days and I'm also irritated at this moron of a lab partner I have in Biology class. I actually told him to knock it off with his punk- ass 19 year old attitude. (I'm really having a hard time adjusting to being in school with the young ones. I guess that's what I get for taking daytime classes)

Grrrr! Still with the headache!:sad:

I am slightly Irritated right now because The Food Network SAYS iron chef America is on, but i turned to it and it was Rachael ray............

All I can say is that we should not talk about how bad behaved other peoples kids are because comments like that have a tendency to come and bite us in the butt.I learned that a long time ago.:lol::lol:

It only bites if one allows oneself to believe the myth that their kids are perfect....I KNOW mine are just as likely to be in the wrong as anyone else's urchins, and they'll ALL tell the tale to their own benefit...Mamabear has to learn to ask lots of questions:lol:

I thought I knew everything before I had kids,and then I had them.:lol::lol:

There's actually several books with that thought in the title:

And Then I Had Kids-Susan Alexander Yates

95 Things I Never Thought I'd Say or Hear Until I Had Kids- B.L. Ritter

I Was a Really Good Mom Before I Had Kids:Reinventing Modern Motherhood-Trisha Ashworth

I Was a Better Mother Before I Had Kids-Lori Borgman

:lol::lol:

What scares me is the moments I catch myself channeling my mother...stuff that used to drive me batty when she'd say them FLY out of my mouth with no warning whatsoever.:whistling:

Today I'm irritated by Disenthral because he'd rather watch "Iron Chef" instead of Rachael Ray :p.

Today I'm irritated because there is a party in the town I work in and there are speakers in the square... The musical choice is just :sick: and it's so loud it will sooner or later give me a headache.

I'm irritated because I'm finishing up a round of antibiotics for a sinus infection and I still feel yucky and my head is still hurting so bad my teeth hurt. Bah Humbug!

My irritation comes in 2 forms today. I'm bored, I am at work and completely bored. My job has a busy season and a slow season. Well right now it is slower than slow and I'm fighting the urge to pull my book out of my desk and read to my hearts delight. However, I'm sure that wouldn't get me many thumbs up from my coworkers.
Then there's the fact that I've been left to hold down the fort for my company and another that my boss owns. I do not know that much about the other company. I keep having to deal with the embarrassment of that on the phone and with customers coming in :blush:. The little cherry on top of it all, I have to do this same thing again next week.

Now I feel a little better that I could tell someone my frustration.....

I bow down before you.

*bows down*

Next time I cannot promise safety...

I am glad we could help and hang in there,:flowers:

I didn't think I could be more irritated today, but I was wrong...

They're doing the soundcheck for the band playing here tonight and it's sooooooo loud I think my eyes are going to pop out at any moment...

If you tied two pillows over your ears, maybe someone would get the message:whistling:

Probably not...;)
