Next movie you are planning to watch

I don't go to the movie theaters anymore. I just wait for the DVD releases.

I know this thread implies and assumes that you name CURRENT movies, but actually, the next movie I'm planning on watching is Brian De Palma's "Femme Fatale" (2002). Rebecca Romijn and Antonio Banderas. LOL! I'm a big De Palma fan.

After this, I plan on watching "30 Days of Night" (Josh Hartnett). I have no idea what to expect.

Keep your hopes low and you'll be just fine.

never even heard of such a movie but the name reminds me of La Femme Nikita which was fuckin awesomeeeeee(if its anything like that it has to be good).... and even though people love point of no return i never saw it..maybe im missing out?

Hope to see
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button starting Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett.Coming out Christmas day.

Guerrilla -about the life of Argentine revolutionary Ernesto 'Che' Guevara played by Benicio del Toro.Coming out in January.

I've had Iron Man sitting on my table for a week... maybe soon I will get around to watching it!

My college's TV station is going to air Charlie Bartlett in a few minutes. It looks amusing so I'll give the movie a try.

The others being Aliens and Indiana Jones & The Temple of Doom, of course.

missed tne entire alien saga, but I HATED TEMPLE OF DOOM! i think it was the worst in the series and really nothing like the others. #1 and 3 were my favorite in Indiana - #3 the best.

AMEN!

Temple of Doom was just awful. I have always believed that Last Crusade was made to atone for the crapbag that was Temple of Doom.

Alien 3 wasn't horrible. Alien Resurrection on the other hand...

Have to disagree on that. I thought the third film was dire – the fourth, however, was wonderfully dark, not just in the obvious aspect, but also in terms of the ideas it put forward about females, about motherhood and about sex.

On that, I'd agree. Temple of Doom was piss poor.

Next film up for me will possibly be Hellboy II, which arrives on DVD in the UK next Monday and will be purchased straight away.

Bram Stoker's Dracula has just arrived at home this morning – I had it on video years ago, but got rid of it with all my other videos. I'm nearing the end of reading the novel and will watch it after that.

I liked Temple of Doom because it was so different from the other two. Plus I was amused by Short Round and Willie Scott. The Last Crusade, in my eyes, is too similar to the first film. Indiana Jones fights the Nazis for a religious relic . . . again. How creative. That said, I haven't watched any of the films since high school so if I were to rewatch them, it's very possible I'll end up agreeing with the lot of you.

However, I will never agree with the opinion that Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection are "dire".

I loved that show, there was a whole pour out of letters from fans to bring it back (and Michael:innocent:) but nada,I doubt Rebecca Romijn would even come close to Nikita!

The next movie I will see in the theaters will most likely be Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. But, as for renting/buying...most likely Twilight, when I buy it on Saturday.
