Christmas Story

I love this movie and never tire of it.

Bought Lost Season 2 yesterday for my mom's birthday next month. All Lost seasons are on sale for $34.99 at Best Buy (fyi).

Brotherhood of the Wolf. I didn't realize a special edition of this film was released in the U.S. until a few days ago. Wal-Mart was selling it for $9.00 and at that price, I couldn't resist.

28 Weeks Later. I never saw this, although I enjoyed 28 Days Later very much.

I've got the Canadian 3 disc edition of this and it has the most thunderous DTS audio of any dvd I've ever heard, it shakes things off my walls. Belluci looks great in it as well.

I will be buying Twilight on DVD on Saturday morning, provided that my local store has it, because I, like an idiot, did not pre-order.

I managed to find Lost in Translation for cheap at a library book sale. I liked Coppola's direction and musical tastes, plus Murray and Johannsen gave great performances.

I bought it too. Also got Drugstore Cowboy and A Prairie Home Companion.

My husband just bought me Twilight and two Indiana Jones movies. Go figure, I detest all of them!

I received Diving Bell and the Butterfly as a gift recently, however, and that's become my favorite French film.

Blu-rays: Goodfellas and Hellraiser. I never saw both films so I'm hoping they're as good as everyone says they are.

Just got these on blu-ray:

No Country for Old Men
Dark City
The Road Warrior
Black Rain
The Midnight Meat Train
Iron Maiden ~ Flight 666
