Thread Tags

I was wondering why we can no longer tag others' threads.
I know that if we create a thread we could add 5 tags. It if was someone else's we were limited to two. But now, it looks like we can't at all.

I was able to add tags to this thread. We'll check into it.

Members can tag their own threads when they start them but we have disabled tagging of other threads because spammers are busily tagging threads for their own purposes.

Bummer. Spammers ruin it for the rest of us.
