Water for Elephants

Well, the trailer looks stunning, there's great eye candy and Christoph Waltz is in it so I'm in!
I'm thinking about buying the book, @Libra is it worth paying 9 dollars (US) for the Kindle version?

I think you should, other members have liked it alot,so give it a go.

Apparently the script improves upon some flaws in the book. We'll see if that's true or not come April.

Lots of flaws to improve. :whistling:

The book was not good. And this movie has one of the guys from Twilight in it. I'm sure to avoid it like the plague. :D

Yeah, I love it when writers not talented enough to write their own novels think they’re good enough to make someone else’s work better.

I wasn't particularly enamoured with the book and given the romantic leads of Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon I can't envisage having much more fondness for the film. However, I have heard that Christoph Waltz as the 'villain' and the elephant are the films' saving grace...I may be tempted yet.
