Random Question..Keep posting

Lol, we have! We actually have a funny story about the thing. We were watching it (probably on Olympics or something) and we wondered what in the heck the rules were, so we checked it out on wiki.

Well, someone had edited the article or something, because it contained an F-bomb, right in the middle of the article. It caught us off guard so much that we laughed forever. I even took a screenshot. The f-bomb was gone like a week later. Man, good times. :D

Something you wish your father had taught you?

I wish he had taught me to run at a wall, run up it 6 steps and flip over...a trick Danny Kaye could do. The last time Dad did it he broke his ankle on landing.

Favorite episode of The Big bang Theory?

Any one in which Penny wears the red dress. Ridiculous in the most base way.

Why did it feel like March in January and now feels like January in March?

Because the weather like to mess with you. It gets your hopes up then phhht.

What's your favorite Disney movie?

Years and years ago, I piled an obscene amount of people into my '68 Plymouth and we hit Vegas. Within two hours, I was sick as a dog and spent the entire weekend puking and... well, I was ill. I threw them the keys to my classic and spent the weekend in the hotel room.

I couldn't even drive it home; it was the first time I'd ever 'ridden' in my car, lol.

Same.

Last year I drove 2 hours to buy a wooden bowl - I had seen it the week before and had finally talked myself into going back to buy it.

Again.

When back when, we drove from NJ where we loved to Boston, then to Maine to exchange shirts at LLBean, back to Boston in one day. next day we drove down the Cape.

Same

Drove my mom two hours to go visit her sister, who had not seen my baby(first baby). When we got there, it looked like Auntie was home, but she would not answer the door. Turns out, my mom had not called ahead to let her know we would be there. One of my cousins lived in this same little town, so we tried to find her..nobody home, it was a work day..went to a cafe to call(this was long before anyone had cell phones)..no body answered at Aunties house..so we drove home. Turns out she WAS home, but had recently had major hush-hush Woman Surgery and she didn't feel up to unexpected company. She didn't care that we'd drove two hours to see her and had no idea she was feeling poorly.. Live and learn; Call ahead!

Do you have relatives that have disowned family members? Was it justified or bat-crap insane?

Yes, and it is me. I would say bat shit insane, but I suspect their answer would be that it was justified. All depends on your perspective.

Most ridiculous trip you've ever made? :shifty:

i don't think i have ever made what i would call a ridiculous trip. apart from falling over a wet leaf in the rain one day... :)

ever been up in a microlight?

What is this bright shiny thing in the sky and why does it make my eyes hurt to look at it?
