canuck, in the days of sail, enlisted berthed in the forecastle, or before the mast, officers berthed aft of the mast. As you might surmise from this arrangement, the least comfortable place to berth in a storm is in the forecastle.

Favorite breakfast cereal?
 
Motorcycle, only cause I've never seen snow or had the chance to ride a snowmobile. DH used to take me on his Yamaha R1, was scary at first, but not so much now.

Ever taken a long trip on a motorcycle?
 
My longest trip was a single day ride of about 620 miles from my home in Virginia to my sisters home in Michigan.

Sailboat or motorboat?
 
March madness bracket? Nope. The only sport I'm following in March is played on ice.

What is your favorite adrenaline rush?
 
The Beatles. Other than Stairway to Heaven (which I could happily finish my life without ever hearing again) Led Zeppelin was a much more compelling band.

You are jogging through the park one day and you land on an uneven part of pavement, lose your balance, and fall down beside a park bench. As you begin to get up, you notice there is a a black plastic bag taped under the park bench: You reach for the bag and pull it free. Inside the bag is an envelope. You open the envelope and find inside of it $5000 (Euro if you're in the EU and pounds if you're in the UK) in cash, a cell phone, and an American Passport. What do you do?
 
I'd like to think i'd take the cash and split, but i'd likely leave it for fear of being discovered. a clean conscience is a healthy one. :D
