I'm Cindy Lynn Speer, author, fencer (I practice historical swordsmanship with the SCA) and secretary.

The last one is the real reason why I'm here -- you see, things slow down at work (just a little!) during the summer, and I thought...it might be nice to start talking to people again, discuss books, maybe answer questions if people post any and I know the answer, and generally geek out over cool things.
