Im 37 and havent read a book since probably grade school. I never enjoyed reading books,I liked magazine articles,maybe a comic book here and there but I stayed away from books. But recently I bought a board game and the seller included a book with it,This was a H.P. Lovecraft book,something from the Arkham Horror line.
Well it sat for some time and for some reason I started reading it and actually was having a good time,I made it around half way through the book and started losing interest. I think the reason was because the story was about like 4-5 different people and it bounced around and liked to use old words that no one would use today "But I guess thats the theme of it"
But before I give up on reading I'd like to give it another shot,I took a trip to a Barnes and Noble and just didn't know where to start,I just looked around and left,I figure I would ask online for some help,advice, and suggestions. I like horror,crime,murder,ghost,mystery type stuff,If you could think of anything,let me know. Thanks!
