More Than One Book...?

When I read I always read two books at the same time. After reading a few pages in one I read a few pages in another - with a brief rest in-between. It's a very old habit of mine that began ages ago in high school.

Right now I am reading two novels at the same time (as normal): Lisey's Story by Stephen King and The Guardians by John Grisham.

What's your opinion on reading more than books at a time? Do you do the same/similar? Curious.

I've never been able to limit myself to reading one book at a time.
Mostly because I'm not always in the mood for the same book. So right now I've got Dracula on audiobook, am giving Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? another chance, as well as several non-fiction books which I'm reading for uni. O and the Dutch translation of Finnegans Wake for the translation thread elsewhere on this forum. :)

These days when I multi-read it is only out of laziness. If I have left a book upstairs then I will just start reading whatever happens to be downstairs. A book for each room. :/
