Isaac Asimov's Mysteries

I've just read some of Asimov's mystery sci-fi short stories. They are mostly a detective/mystery genre within a sci-fi context. Very entertaining and, for anyone who writes short stories, a model of how to do it! The collection's called, Asimov's Mysteries. [Pub. Panther paperback in the UK]

Long time since I read those Eric--don't have the books anymore--but I still recall one about 2 professors and a murder attempt with a billiard ball! I agree, very good short story writer.

Hiyah,

you might help on this: I was looking for short story by Asimov in which a foreign isbeing found out on a satellite for looking for the direction to the Earth in the wrong way: i.e. by looking at his feet. There was also another great one with a cook being banned for using 'naturally' inappropriate ingredients. I would love to read these again, yet cannot remember where I first found them.

Morry;)
