I did it. Yes.
I just finished all 453 pages of Emma by Jane Austen.
These are a lot of words for a dreadfull plot and I don't have a clue how this book could turn up at the BBC's Big Read. There can't be that many people who enjoyed the mad ravings of this stupid girl.
I just had a look and saw the guy mentioned.

I enjoyed The Da Vinci Code and bought Holy Grail, Holy Blood 'cause I wanted to know more. I got as far as page 50 and then I surrendered. This book is really boring. There are a lot of facts but it takes ages to find them in all this crap. So I sold the book on ebay.
