I love those urban exploration web sites. It's sad to see some of these really big, old buildings that just go to waste. They were probably someone's pride and joy at one time. A good example is this huge train station in Michigan.
Have you seen this one about Chernobyl? Very interesting!
Just finished Temple by Matthew Reilly. It wasn't as good as Contest. About two thirds of the way through, I was about ready to give up, but it picked up again shortly after that point. Some of the situations were really unbelievable, and I found myself saying aloud, "You've got to be kidding...
Yeah, I reckon. It would just be nice if they all could be shoved to the beginning of the list with a click of the mouse.
Alphabetical by first letter in the entry.
Dang, that 2nd one could just go on and on and on. Should piece some more of those together until it fills the screen. Then again, I might get a little woozy.
That's pretty wild!
Check this out. And this looks like the same photo, just reversed. Says that the wings were caused by a genetic skin disorder. A genetic skin disorder??? Next time I break out in a rash, I'm going to be nervous!
My long-haired black cat looks just like the...

You need a C64 emulator to run the downloaded file. This page has quite a few. I've been using Personal C64, though I don't know how good it is compared to the others.
Yeah, the moons are pretty cool. I remember looking at Jupiter over time, watching the moons move back and forth as they orbit.
The only disappointment is that when you see nebulae through the telescope, they're dim and grey. They're not colorful like in the pictures.
Jupiter's cool, but Saturn is really incredible the first time you see the rings through a telescope. Even with some really cheap scopes, you can see the rings.
My brother and I had a cheap scope that we'd only used to look at the moon and for some terrestrial viewing. Then one night I...
Speaking of drinks...
If I have as little as one beer in the afternoon or evening, I'll end up sleeping an extra two hours the next morning if I don't set an alarm. I'm not really sure if liquor and wine have the same effect as I don't drink them very often.
Contest by Matthew Reilly
Awesome. Only the second book I've ever read in under twenty-four hours (The other being Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger).
