For all you Radiohead fans out there.

Thought I replied to this thread already... Pretty neat animation, though at the end I was glad that he jumped out the window because the character was kind of annoying. Radiohead are way better than Coldplay, Travis and the Manics for me.

    Pick One...

The Catcher in the Rye. Because at the end, I was thinking, "What the hell was that all about??"

    Amazing!

Damn, that takes forever! Guess it doesn't help that I have my mouse set to move about three inches on screen when you move it one micron on the desk.

    Second hand bookshops

There are at least three used bookstores within 15 - 20 minutes drive of where I live. I've been to each one a couple of times, but usually end up going to the library. I just can't bring myself to spend the money on a book, even at used prices, when I can get them for free at the library and...

    Kumquats, a revelation

Neighbor of mine had a kumquat tree in his yard when I was a kid, so I had a few. He also had a loquat tree. I can remember them being good, but can't rememeber what they tasted like. Ever have a cherimoya? I tried growing them but never got anything larger than a golf ball. Them're good!

    Anyone a fan of anime?

Ridiculously huge. Y'all might enjoy this.

    Post a Picture!

Referring to the link in my sig? Hehe... I like the picture on this related page where the alleged sasquatch is getting ready to snatch the poor little octopus from the tree limb. The octopus is so cute! I don't have any "little ones". But if I did, I would probably try to direct their...

Folks, how about we save the gory pictures for the professionals over at Rotten.com?

    The Book List

Will do. I think I have at least 50% of it done. Now I Just have to try to remember a lot of the miscellaneous books that I've read over the past year.

    The Book List

That's a lot of King! I want to read Watership Down one of these days. You've inspired me to try compiling a list of books I've read. I figure I'd better start now while it's relatively small. It's not going to get any easier!

    My first...

Nothing new or unusual here... Sci-Fi - Either I, Robot or 2001: A Space Odyssey Fantasy - The Hobbot *gasp!* Horror - Needful Things by Stephen King (If you can call it "horror") None of the King books that I've read seemed very scary, though The Talisman and Tommyknockers might have...

Yeah, and it looks like Gracie has the same big round eyes as my "Boots". Must have something to do with whatever breed they are.

A view of Mt. Rainier from near where I live since you can't really see it from my house. And here are all of my cats in one photo.

Which song are you listening to right now?

    Radiohead - Knives Out

    News Flash - Randy tiger!

Since it was just a horny animal, doing what comes naturally (or so it thought), I don't have any more sympathy than I would if the person had landed wrong and suffered an injury. I just consider it an unfortunate (yet humorous) accident.

    What are you craving?

Chinese food for me too. I'm always craving Chinese food. What's the deal with that? You think maybe they put some kind of heroin-like substance in there to give us withdrawls?

    The Virgin Suicides

I did read the book. :p

    couldn't get into Foundation

What I have read of the series has been good, but after finishing each one, I wasn't eager to dive into the next one immediately. I've had to take a break between books. Though that's the way I read. I'm not usually too excited about reading another book of the same series or subject matter...

    The Virgin Suicides

The only reason that I saw it was because Air did the soundtrack/score. I was a really big fan of them at the time, so I had to see the movie. The soundtrack was pretty good, if you're into that sort of thing.
