Favourite Fantasy Battles What is your favourite fantasy battle scene? Who do you think is the best for writing them? I think that Raymond E Feist is the best authour for battles and I especialy loved the small battle in Magician where the Tsurani attacked Crydee

I would recommend Raymond E. Feist as his Battles are amazing and his writing style is ingenious (sp?).

I am not a mormon, but i think some of the best SF and Fantasy authors are Mormons ie: Tracy Raye Hickman and Orson Scott Card

My favourite is Raymond E feist, mainly becouse of the amazing battle scenes he is renowned for.

I do like the librarian. I love the bit about "students going to find the librarian and tell him there is an orangutan in the library" i dont remember the quoute entirely, but i beleive that this appears in the * notes in several books.

I read Focus, a UK science and Tech mag. (I have been called "sad" on more than one occasion)

Anything by Raymond E. Feist, For summoning, knights, magic, battles ect try The SerpentWar Saga.

I reread Terry Pratchett's NightWatch a lot along with The Guide' and Dragonlance Chronichles books.
