This happens to me all the time. I can't blame it on age as I'm 16 but I've always had bad eyes. About 6 surgeries for a lazy eye and I've been wearing contacts/glasses since I was 8.

I just read the book and loved it, but I have to agree with you on this one. They're probably going to totally screw it up.
