    Stephen King

Like Stewart said, you'll probably find the most up to date news on King's own website.

    A Public "Hall of Shame"?

I think that'd defeat its purpose.

    Fairy Tales..

I prefer the traditional ones. My region does have some of its own tales, but I've never really taken an interest.

    Reading projects

Me too. The only exception to that rule is when it's a series I'm reading, cause I do tend to speed through those if it's possible. Glad I'm not the only one that gets a bit confused at times. ;)

    A Public "Hall of Shame"?

TRITTO! (If that's even a word.)

    The penguin fall collection

Maybe you can ask Tux for some of his clothes? Or buy some of the basics?

    A Public "Hall of Shame"?

On the one hand, I agree. That board could indeed turn into a warzone. On the other hand... I think threads will still be opened in General Chat, so why not let people reply in the forum too? Tell the moderators to keep a closer eye on things there? You're right, it does. You're much more...

    Ell no longer a Moderator?????

I have to say I'm a bit surprised too, but I guess she had her reasons. I hope she sticks around though!

    The "Currently Reading:" thingamefoo

Darren, if you ever find the time for this, I'd really appreciate it.

What would you want your last meal to be?

A bucket full of gratin dauphinois. I'd die for that!

    A Public "Hall of Shame"?

I don't think we need all the details, but it'd be nice to know who has been banned and why, yes. Would it be possible to ask questions though without having to contact a moderator? I think that would probably be wise. I'd pick a different title though. ;) (When did you become just...

    Like a Rock!

I knew one day I'd have an impact on somebody's life. Welcome!

    Your latest thrifty book buys

Apparently you can only edit your subtitle. Maybe some moderator can change the main title too? (You'll get more visitors then. ;) ) Edit: Okay. ell Edit 2: Thanks, Ell!

    TBF Moderation

I'm not harping on the mods. I do appreciate it's not a thankful job and aside from a few posts, I have nothing against any of them. I would just like to see some things change, that's all. Stewie, you seem to have fallen asleep with your nose on the enter button. Please wake up and delete at...

    Your latest thrifty book buys

You could always change your thread title. ;)

    Someone tell me this.

    Yes, I know.

    TBF Moderation

Well, I was reading some posts by Billy O. earlier, so I'm pretty sure I had him in mind when writing my post. Didn't mean to drag you down in my confusion. Why thank you! Mind if I use "Nothing if not consistent" as the title for my autobiography? (Well, I'm gonna hire a ghost writer, but no...

    TBF Moderation

Sorry, got confused there for a moment. Gotta give me credit for using the same name twice though... At least I'm not that confused!

    TBF Moderation

My beef is with no one. There were a few posts by Wabbit that have rubbed me the wrong way, I'll admit that, but, like I said, I honestly don't think Wabbit is "the problem" here. I never said Wabbit had stuck it to poor old Bobby. I thought I made it clear in my first post that this thread...
