We've talked about this before. He's been doing that alot with the plot and characters of The Dark Tower Series. The books that come to mind most recently are Hearts of Atlantis and The Black House.

I loved Timeline. Can't wait for the film. Although I'm sure to be dissappointed.

Another Otherland series fan. Woohoo!

I think Brad would have made a great Lestat in later sequels. This is where we get a different view of Lestat. In the first book, he is a bloodthirty, selfish brat. In later books he mellows out a bit and starts to look for answers. In book one, he couldn't care less. Queen of the Damned...

It sounds like something I'd read. Keep fleshing it out. You'll be amazed at what happens when you start to dig deep for the details. Good luck!

Proloxic, Shanarra was the book that got me hooked on fantasy epic. I'm currently reading the first of the Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever chronicles - Lord Foul's Bane by Stephen Donaldson
