To start with, I'm a big fan of Naruto and I have checked the links. Let me tell you that the characters in the anime have very iconic significance representing more than just the character.
For example there is a ninja team in the anime in which there are two ninja with different...
I've seen it, a very entertaining movie to watch in the theater. At first the animated graphics seemed annoying but the eye got to used to it. Beowulf is a great character, although he is a great human, but like any other human, he has weakness and mistakes, but what's even better is that he...
Hello Jenny and welcome to the forum. I myself have been here for a good time, but it has been a while since I posted. There is something in this forum that always grabs you back to it. Hope you enjoy your stay!
By the way, do you say konnichiwa in Singapore, because I enjoy as Japanese ;) ?
Funny how yesterday I was talking about Resident Evil and Umbrella Corporation, and when I switched the TV the movie was just starting... I watched half of it.
Actually, there are Resident Evil books (novels) that I'm thinking of ordering from Amazon.com. If interested, check them here...
Hello Swamy,
Welcome to the forum. You have a quite interesting profile. I'm sure you'll enjoy it here as long as you read and write :)
As for me, I live in Asia too :D actually in the Middle East, and my occupation is Engineering in the computer field.
Enjoy your time here & Happy...
Well said... I reached to this conclusion not long ago, and fully agree with you.:)
keansign,
If you want, you can share your journal here on the forum, as I believe some peopel would be interested to read it. Maybe this will make you more interested to write  You can use the blog.
Well, I can't help you here but let me tell you that I would also be waiting for the answer. LOST is one of the best series I've seen and reading a similar book would be just great! Let me add that I also like the Dharma Initiative, this organization of scientists and freethinkers that is well...
There are many good music and much bad music. Its all dependent on the personality. But what drives me nuts is the repetitive boring techno and much of Hip Hop...
I don't know any board games that you mentioned, aside from the popular Monopoly. I love Risk the war game, we used to play it a lot.
I guess computer games (video games in general) are taking the lead and soon your kids will stare hours in front of the screen.
Good strategy, I already start doing it but in the end you show people what a book is, but can't force them to read. I have given a book to a relative since April, and until now she only read the first chapter (15 pages?) not because it's not interesting, but because of laziness! :o
Enjoy the book rather than thinking what do I need to read next. Create a list and organize it according to the priority of books for you regardless of the criteria. After the list is ready, start covering each book and just concentrate on the present book and enjoy it!
You remind me of...
Well, in my humble opinion, in any society there are different kinds of people. In one division, you have people who read and are more intellectual than others, while others they are just satisfied to watch movies and shows and are interested in show-off stuff. Now the bad thing is when there is...
The one about Islam was quite good. It got lots of information. I agree with you beer good that they talk about sects and minorities but not mention how small are they. I also realized they didn't mention Saudi Arabia much, though they covered Iran and Shia pretty well.
Glad to hear you're all okay. Nature can be rough, especially with global warming that is changing the weather pattern and making it extreme. Almost everyday there is some natural disaster!
I’ve seen the first part. A 2-hour session rich with information. CNN is amazing and especially the distinguished reporter. I really liked it and initiated lots of thoughts about the conflict and about religions and how every sect believes they are following the only right religion and God has...
