i agree with you on all accounts, sillywabbit. i always wind up enjoying his stories, though i often find it a task to get through them. fahrenheit 451 was the easiest for me to digest, while from the dust returned was one of the hardest.
I saw it quite early, so I didn't see any reviews until afterward - and I didn't agree with many of the reviews I read. I didn't find it entirely predictable, though I did see one element coming - but not 'til just before the reveal. I think I may agree with you, Thea, that it's my favorite...
Just finished From the Dust Returned by Ray Bradbury. Overall, I enjoyed the book very much, but (in typical Bradbury style) some parts were a bit long-winded and slow. But what a fun story! (or collection of stories) Somewhat like the Addams Family, but more interesting and widespread. The...

I'll give it a try, if I can find it at the local video place. I guess we didn't get it (on tv) in Canada when it came out. Though we get the regular X-Men series.
I didn't expect to see Rogue so young in the first one. I knew she was younger than everyone else, but Anna Paquin's cherubic...
I hadn't heard of X-Men Evolution. I just googled it - is Evolution a series of short cartoon movies (based on the cartoon tv show)? I only ever read the comic and watched the cartoon show. If there are dvd's out there then I'd like to check them out.
Funny, Gambit and Rogue are my...
