Ha! I didn't need you to grant my wish, Rien.
Granted, but when you drive up to it for the first time you realize it's only a Barbie Dream House (TM).
I wish that I had a monopoly on all the ice cream in the world.
Ha! I fixed it on my own--thanks for the help, though. I'm currently typing on my own computer in my room. I'll let you know if I have any more problems. Hold on...I have to let it out...YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
...it's been doing this for a few days, and I was admittedly very frustrated...
Lately I've taken to writing at school. It's much less distracting than writing at home on my computer, with the temptations of Solitaire and iTunes and whatnot.
Hm. Perhaps. Some comments--though I'm not naming any names--make me ashamed to be a teenager. Of course, I've learned by now that increasing the ratio of four-letter words per paragraph does not make me sound more like an adult...actually, it just makes people look like undereducated...
I'm on my family's laptop right now because the Internet on my computer is not working. I don't know how it started, because I hadn't installed any new programs or went in and tried to change anything. But it started saying that it couldn't connect to the wireless network, which it does...
Granted, but you can't go any farther than the airport and can only stare longingly out the windows wishing you could actually see what you wanted to see there.
I wish that my computer would work....
And I'm sad because the two of you abandoned me this weekend! T_T I'm sitting at home with nothing to do hoping that someone will call me and say that we can go to the mall or something...because you already went without me. :( So now I'm on the forum because there is absolutely nothing to...
Hey, I already have that problem...um. Moving on.
Granted, but now the horses are afraid of you and run so fast trying to get away from you that you eventually do fall off of their backs and are trampled.
I wish I had a closet full of really cool goth clothes.
LOL. Thrust here doesn't believe his work is fiction...he's suffering from advanced schizophrenia and thinks he's actually God's divine messenger. It's kind of sad, actually. I once had an aunt just like him. Except she thought I was Esther and my father was David and my cousins were Mary...
Oh, don't take them all off your reading list. They're all good up through Obsidian Butterfly, the last decent book in the series. It's actually a perfect place to end the series, in my opinion. The last couple that I read weren't as good as the first ones.
They are really interesting...
I think it's okay if you tell the person you haven't read it. You could be like, "Oh, you want to read a book about (insert subject here)? Well, my friend read (insert title here) and he/she said that it was like that and that it was really good." But you should always be sure to mention that...
I also have mixed feelings on the issue. I think that banning guns completely is a very bad idea and will cause a rise in crime. Sort of like how banning alcohol increased the mafia's power in the twenties. But I don't think a private citizen needs to own a bazooka or something crazy like...
Works for me!
We do need more people here goofing off with us. I'm kind of tired of it just being us. I guess it's because we all know each other and maybe people think we don't want other people posting or something...or maybe we've scared them all away. The latter is more logical.
One of my friends had a cousin at Virginia Tech. She was really scared. Her cousin is fine, but she was so scared yesterday. I can't imagine what that must be like.
The school got freaked, which I guess is a good time since they finally had one of those lock-down drills they've been saying...
Granted, but then it decides you are a rival in the pecking order and scratches and bites at you until you can't stand it and wish it would just leave you alone.
I was going to say its fur would fall out all over your lap...but you were talking about my cat and I like its fur, so the fluffy...
