Hay, I reckon it depends on the situation. Particularly if you're having certain issues or problems with your child. The one thing you lack as far as an insight is the knowledge of the parental love. It is amazingly strong and changes your views on things.
General things are easy, but it's...
"Cricket is like baseball on valium"
To Motokid's credit, as a parent, I do find it funny when people who don't have kids give advice on how to raise a child. In this case, I think people are drawing from their own reading experiences.
Yes, conditioning exists, BUT there is still an element of good and evil in society. Maybe it is because we're humans. That's one of the things that separates us from the animals, that we have morality.

I have home exercise equipment (stair...
Ok, not only am I an avid reader, I'm also EXTREMELY paranoid. Everyone is up to deviousness as far as I am concerned (maybe even I am too).
I say voodoo. Perhaps a secret cult. See any robes or funny hats? Snakes?
To make them stop would be to curse them, I suppose. To mask the smell...
I agree cajunmama. I go everywhere and only when on a kick (Geisha kick, holocaust kick, Vietnam kick, etc) do I go anywhere in particular. I've been around the world many times over.
In my current state of mind...
I know your life is empty
And you hate to face this world alone
So your searching for an angel
Someone who can make you whole...
I can not save you...
I can't even save myself...
So save yourself
I know that you've been damaged
You soul has...
I thought it was ok. I watched it about 2 months ago. The weekend after watching it, I walked into the video rental place with he who makes a steak sauce named after himself. I browse. I pick up a box and say "Hey, how about this one?". He who has bad taste in shoes says "We saw that last week"...
