    The Ice Man

You seem to have very little faith in teachers. I doubt this book is used in school, not because of the violence, but because i doubt its educational value. While they probably will pick up some light reads from time to time, the teacher is more likely to pick up harry potter than a true crime...

    World Cup: Discussion

Brazil has been shockingly bad during this tournament. And its their biggest stars that have failed the most. Adriano, ronaldo, ronaldinho have all been pretty much invisible in all the matches. Ronaldo scored a few goals, but even my grandmother could score those. No movement at all. There is...

    World Cup: Discussion

As its a World cup they try to get referees from a large number of countries. Not all the leagues are that professional so the refs can be of questionable quality. But so far i think its been pretty good. Nothing like last world cup where a lot of teams were sent out due to bad referees. If i...

    World Cup: Discussion

Maybe not but these are all professional football players, and should not need a babysitter. They know what a yellow or red card means for their team in the rest of the competition, yet they kept on behaving like idiots. Portugals coach should have substituded costinha not long after his yellow...

    Goodkind Quotes

Todays quote: The nipple magic. The evil guys have hatched a truly diabolical plan to kill the hero Richard. By cutting off the left nipple of a woman they make her do what they want. As a bonus this nipple magic makes her irresistible to men. All they want is to jump in the bed with her...

    Norwegian Literature

Its not really a childrens book, but yes it does seem to be pretty popular among teenagers (as I was when I read it many years ago). The author was 20 years old when it was published i think. I havent read the eyes of the dragons so i cant really compare them. Yea its offtopic but so is the...
