Thanks, A (an even bigger Fantasy freak than myself). I just finished Fools Errant by Matt Hughes, not my usual cup 'o tea but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I'll be by to check it out!
After I'm finished Elantris I'm starting Resurrection by Steve Alten.
After I'm finished Brimstone I'm starting Excavation by James Rollins
My local Library just got The Crimson Sword by Eldon Thompson, Tyranny of the Night by Glen Cook and Dead Beat by Jim Butcher, so maybe I'll crack a...
Weather permitting, we'll be having a Party at Delaware Park on Sunday (plenty for the kids to do). I have Blue Rocks tickets for tonight, but I'm not getting a warm, fuzzy feeling about them getting the game in with this rain. :(

There really is no general rule. Personally, I prefer series where each book is a whole story unto itself. There are plenty of series, however, where the book simply stops and is picked up in the next volume. This I find to be effective only if there is a cliffhanger scenario.

Ah, yes...the Garabandal, Spain story, very creepy. Did you get to see video of the girls in their "rapturous" state? You can check out the URL below for more info. This is great fodder for any enthusiast of supernatural phenomenon!
