i love fridays. its my day of rest. and naps. and sleeping pills so i sleep another 12 hours. then saturday i either procastinate all day or fry my brain even more with schoolwork. its rarely the second one. =P
this brings back to my childhood. all the glass cases with butterflies in muesums.. trying to catch a butterfly while it fluttered by me
a butterfly peed on my sisters hand when she was a little kid once.
would it count as being "spent" if i put it in the bank or as stocks/shares? hrm.
i cant imagine what i'd do with that much money. i'm not a shopping freak like my sister.. altho i would have tons of fun shopping online..
ahahah.. i'd love to go to london. the lack of a language barrier...
part of me will never grow up considering my lack of a "real" childhood
i still sleep with a teddy bear. i always did, now i have the same one the past 6-7 years. he's been in so many states and Poland by now. i mostly used him as a pillow the past year or so.. he was the perfect...
this is really debatable. the more personal and close to home this subject is, the more you want torture to be present in justice.
some things seem inhumane, but i suppose its like that "eye for an eye" policy. murder can be more horrific and inhuman than the electric chair.

hm, i see that ions mentioned me.
i suppose it also depends on the difficulty of said literature. i read modern literature for pleasure, such as Catcher in the Rye, to Kill a Mockingbird, and The Stranger. the Bell Jar is also considered to be modern literature. i do feel more satisfaction...
summer of my german soldier was just terrible. it seemed so unrealistic to me and that just bothered me. why would america store nazis within their borders?
i have to read Bless Me, Ultima by next semester. bah
i guess it just depends in what type of "mood" your in.. political, horror, difficult but intelectual read, or easy and entertaining.. thats generally how i choose a book to read
i actually might start re-reading Lovely Bones today. either that or continue reading Fight Club
that used to happen to me a lot when i was younger and read a loooottt of books. most of them were those realistic fiction books so it did feel like i knew the character. i suppose over time the characters almost stayed with me as a memory. i think its kind of the way you leave a friend when you...
