I felt the exact same way. Twilight was just eh for me, but New Moon was better. Still not up to the hype, I don't think, but enjoyable (whereas Twilight was tolerable). I also didn't like Edward much, and Bella just annoys me. Jacob is much better, though I like how Edward looks better (if not...
With no shoes ;)
$13.50 an hour is insanely good pay for working at an unskilled job like McDonalds. That's damn good money, and I'm not talking with the perspective of someone who lives in a small rural area. I'm not sure what the problem is though. Is it really just that there is a lot of...
You're really not listening, are you? I've already told you why Mac users swear by theirs, why they are used by the art community, and why people liking them doesn't change a thing about what I've said. You can give me as many examples of people who like Macs as you want, it won't change a word...
Zolipara didn't say much at all, if anything, that I didn't already say.
No, a lot of it isn't. The fact that the association of Macs with the art community is based on outdated information is a fact. The fact that the Mac os is incompatible with most of the programs the rest of the world uses...
No, I'm not. I just know enough about the main operating systems to know what's wrong with them. Windows is far from perfect.
Most people use Windows. Most people are also pretty stupid when it comes to the 'magic box' that is a computer.
Mac operating systems are more child-proofed than...
Oh, and if you do want to know about virus prevention, and that will be more on an issue when using a Mac os, just don't download anything from unknown sources. Including email attachments. That should keep your computer virus free.
Why would be be debating? You asked a question, I answered it, you ignored it because you disagree. There's nothing to debate. This isn't a question of which operating system you prefer to use, it's about what is the best way to protect your computer--and that's a fact, not really a debatable...
Yes, I have noticed. It's there largely because the majority of people aren't smart when using their computers and it's always been profitable to take advantage of people's stupidity. Viruses/Spyware are not uncommon among internet users because smart internet users are uncommon. And what you've...
I loved those books. Addy was the new girl when I stopped reading them. Felicity was my favorite, though Kirsten and Samantha were close seconds. I had the Felicity doll, but I remember never doing anything with her. I don't know what happened to her now.
I've only read Tuesdays with Morie, but I enjoyed that. It wasn't spectacular, but it was good for what it was. I think The Five People You Meet in Heaven and TWM are supposed to be similar enough in theme and execution that if you like one you'll probably like the other, but I don't know for sure.
Best things to do are to keep your computer clean in the first place. I use Firefox, NoScript and I practice good browsing habits. I'm in the process of switching to Linux as well. These are all free to download. I don't have spyware problems on my computers--meaning, if you ran Ad-Aware or...
I meant check your local library, not go to one that is far away. I don't know what country you are from, but you might be able to get a library that is far away from you, but still in your country, to send it to you. Contacting the publisher seems like a good idea, but why is it so costly...
