Well than,
Not much I can say after that post, Will. I understand your point. I read the word disagree and felt the need to rebuttal. Unfortunately I chose the wrong person to challenge. :)
You write very well, my friend. (Thanks for going easy on me)
You find his books enjoyable, that's grand. But read a book where the author grabs your emotions and toys with them because last week you met an autistic child who - only after reading this novel - changed your view of life. If you never met an autistic child, this novel would only be...
It was already too late. The helicopter was spinning and descending, flames engulfed the side where the rocket hit.
Inside, two soldiers were dead instantly from the impact. Their bodies lay on top of other soldiers still buckled into their chairs, desperately trying to free themselves...

I vote yay. I would be interested.
I didn't know there were such long poems though. Maybe we could do a bi-weekly discussion on moderately sized poems.
I knew what I had done as soon as the door closed. There was no going back. Slowly, I began walking through the labyrinth of lane ways - narrow little streets lined with old brick buildings that now find themselves housing designer boutiques, coffee shops, specialty book stores, elegant eateries...

I only write now to fulfill a void. In my heart?
I hardly think, but act before reason when writing these.
Making sense but barely connecting to those among us.
I continue my rant.
The title itself means nothing to its belongings.
I enjoy the flow...
