It was pretty good. It talked about a lot of Obama's acquaintances that have come under fire, such as Bill Ayers and Tony Rezko. It also goes in to depth about what being a community organizer really is. Overall, I found it informative but a bit dry.

I read Stiff last year and enjoyed it immensely. I've also read Spooked, which was fun but not as great as Stiff.
I've never had an issue with the super saver shipping either. I don't think I've ever waited over a week.
As for buying used books on Amazon, I do it all the time. I've had two experiences where I didn't receive my book but was refunded promptly in both cases, so I've had good luck.

I'm halfway through the book and loving it. My local library has the movie, so I think I'll go rent it tomorrow and watch it over he weekend once I've finished the book.
