If you're into mystery/thriller/crime novels, I recommend Andrew Vachss' Burke series. Though some of it's quite graphic - at least it was to me...

I've only read The Green Mile and Pet Sematary. Won't ever read Pet Sematary again - it gave me the ebee jeebies. But I loved The Green Mile.

It's a tie between Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, and Martina McBride for me. Both acts put on an amazing show, imo. But my opinion my change in 10 days when I see Pat & Neil again. They may overtake Martina... We'll see. :cool:

Yeh, I had a hard time getting into it at first too, but I heard it's quite sad at the end, and I'm a sucker for books like that, and knew I had to stick it out to get to the end. But I'm loving it at the moment.

Thanks for the welcome. :) I read pretty much anything except horror or romance. I'm really into sci-fi, mystery/thriller and general fiction at the moment, though.
