    Anne of Green Gables is my all-time favorite. I also likes books of Ann Brashares, Enid Blyton, JK Rowling, Cornelia Funke, Michael Ende, Astrid Lindgren, and Erich Kästner (maybe only popular in Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

    That's a very difficult Question. Well, let's see: Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maud Montgomery Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen And a random book by my favorite German author, Walter Moers.

    Pride and Prejudice, both BBC (1995) and Universal (2005). I like the BBC Series a little bit more, but both movies are great. Tonight I'm going to watch Mona Lisa Smile.

    Why collect DVDs?

    In Germany DVDs are the easiest and most inexpensive way to get a movie in the original language. Since I own a DVD-Player I watch more movies than ever. I have pretty much DVDs even though I only buy DVDs I really want to watch more than one time.
